If you are writing to purchase books, please indicate titles, quantities, any dedications or signings desired, and the delivery location so I can calculate shipping costs in the invoice. 
For bulk order discounts please indicate number of books and actual shipping address(es).
All purchases are made through PayPal at present, although I am looking into credit card options.
